Neil,
I was born and raised in NYState. My cousins lived in CA. WHen CA license
plates were yello-on-black, NY were black on yellow. Then the two states
switched color schemes. Then NY went to blue and gold and CA was gold and
blue...I dont recollect either the order of events nor the dates,
just how it seems to me it went...
