Re: [FWDLK] New member here

Matt,

Welcome to the group. Hope the deal with the 60 Dodge goes your way soon. This is a great group of folks and as you begin your efforts to bring your cars back to life they will share information, ideas, and even help find the part you may need.  That has been my experience over the last few years as I have worked on my projects.

Hello fellow MoPar fans!  My name is Matt Kohrs and I'm a 16 year old from central Missouri.  I've visited the forward look website many times and finally decided it was time to join.  I don't have a Forward Look Mopar, but we found a 1960 Dodge Polara 4-dr sedan sitting in a garage and are trying to buy it from the original owner's family.  It is completely sweet with the original paint in excellant shape and no rust or dents on the body!!!  It has been sitting since the 1980's though, so the 383-4bbl and the rest of the drivetrain would need to be refreshed.  But hey, the car was only driven 19,000 miles before it was parked because of a bad head gasket.  Anyway, enough of my rambling.  It certainly is nice to see people keeping these cars on the road.

Later,

Matt
