Well, if money is no object, you can get them coated.
There is also calyx manifold dressing.
Paint will soon burn away.

Generally speaking,,,,,for an occasional use,,,restored vehicle,,,should
anything (or can anything) be done with the exhaust manifolds to keep
them looking 'nice' ????????????
