[FWDLK] 1957 Dodge station wagons

My Chrysler book says:

"... An interesting feature of the 1957 Dodge station wagons was the
location of the spare tire.  It was mounted behind the right rear wheel and
was accessible from a removable fender skirt located behind the rear
wheelwell."

This makes it sound like you accessed it from outside of the car, which
would be rather unique since most wagons have them inside the quarter or on
Fords stowed flat under the cargo deck.  Anyone have a photo? DeSoto,
Plymouth or Chrysler share this feature?   These aren't exactly common, let
alone to find a wagon in the junkyard to check it out -
