[FWDLK] 60 Imperial oddball

My friend's rusty Imperial parts car had a surprise for me today.  Hand
crank windows.   The Krause Chrysler book says 92.9% of these were built
with power windows - roughly 1400 cars got the hand crank jobs.  The car is
purely a parts car - is this stuff worth saving?  The interior of the car is
in good shape.
