Hi Lou,

Frustrating, isn't it?  Every time I take my 57 Dodge to a car show, at
least one person comes up to me and compliments me on my Christine.  No,
she was a red Plymouth, not a turquoise Dodge.

My other Mopar is a 1939 DeSoto, which is constantly being called a Ford
despite the DeSoto nameplates on the hood and the trunk.  "What year is
that?" they ask, not noticing the license plates saying "ITSA 39"

I guess it's better to be noticed incorrectly than to not be noticed at
all.

Bel Air.Another poor soul saved from automotive doom by the Forward
Look.
It's not a Caddy,a De Soto or a Packard for that matter.There isn't
a"500
inch hemi"under the hood,and it won't go 160 mph.For a relativly unknown
car,it sure has alot of folklore surrounding it.
