Hi....i have used tamiya kit- set clear paints...you can get clear red and
orange....these paints dont seem to fade either...i used it on my old
plymouth volaire...and on my 71 R/T dodge charger taillights...John

in the past i have used a product made just for this purpose - im not sure
if its available in the states - im from new zealand and have a bottle of
it here.
its a seethru lense paint, just for restoring faded lenses, i have used
nailpolish in the past but found this product to be very good.
the label is missing which is a pain as i cant tell you what its called,
but im sure if you ask around on here someone will have used a similar
product...
