[FWDLK] '55 Plymouth Power and/or Disc Brakes

Greetings:

My '55 Belvy is in need of a new master cylinder.  So before I locate an
original-style MC, and remembering this group's involvement with AAJ and
similar disc brake conversions, I thought I'd least contemplate that
option.  Could those of you who've had direct experience with the disc
brake conversion on the '55-'56 vintage Mopars respond?  I'm interested
in learning about the parts and expected cost.

As a second option, an upgrade to original-style power brakes would be
nice.  I wonder if any stick-shift 6-cylinder cars were originally
equipped with power brakes?  Anyway, if any of you have a lead to a
suitable OE-style booster, let me know.
