That sounds similar to a car my mom claims she saw up in Lorain County (or thereabouts....west of Cleveland by a county for you non-Ohioans).  I didn't see it, but both were the same color scheme and I do remember something about it having fancier trim than my Coronet at the time.

 

I just wish I had called off work today and sat next to 71 looking for it...it would've been worth it...could've even made it back to work for the rest of the day.

I saw a '57 Custom Royal Lancer on a trailer heading north on I-71 north of Columbus today (believe it weas a '57, saw it mostly from the side).  White and Poppy red. CRL sidechrome, dual rear antennas, nice.  Real sweet sight as I was heading to a late morning meeting.

Belong to anyone on the List?
