(Convertible is mis-spelled) If someone wants to do all of us a BIG
favor, "he" should examine a seat back mechanism, & design an apparatus,
for the 2-door seats, which will allow it to be 'lockable/releaseable',
in an upright position.
For anyone who has experienced the 'fun' of having the seatback slam
into your back, during a hard application of the brakes. The
disorientation can easily cause a loss of control of the car. If 'you'
don't even have on a seatbelt, , you're in real (potential) trouble (
if, e.g.: you're rounding-a-corner, @ the time).
Simple lever-locks can't be too difficult, to create!
