All  my brake stuff came from Wagner via my local parts store. My local Napa had lots of stuff too. Shackle kits etc. But Napa in U.S may be different. Try an older store. If they have the older books they can find the part numbers then usually get the parts. Napa had a MC kit for my 47 Buick in stock! Part number 3. We speculated part # 1 might have been horse shoes.
Also try these guys for parts. I recommned calling them. They don't respond to email it seems.  http://www.antiquedodgeparts.com
