[FWDLK] Non Forward look question..

I have acquired a front rack and pinion from someone.. It is brand new.. I just dont know what it was off of or will fit? Is there anyone out there that could help me if I gave them the part number that is listed on the sticker? (Any countermen out there to assist?) :)

 

(What do these parts run for roughly if bought new?)
