Most actually have a stainless steel 'cap', and aren't chrome.  They
have them at parts stores (HELP! Brand), two for $1.99 around here.

Easy to get a the Home Depot but I suspect you need an automotive
aftermarket source for the chromed ones used on the outside of bumpers -
