[FWDLK] Bench Bleeding Master Cylinder

Hey gang -

Got another one for ya.

In the past, when I've done non-FL master cylinders, the advice was to
'bench bleed' the master before installation, to remove air bubbles. Now
that I'm getting ready to install the master in my 58 Ply, I was wondering
if I should do this. There is nothing in the shop manual about this
procedure.
