Check your headlight switch. Close the door and rotate the knob and see 
if the lights go out. If your switch has the feature, you rotate it to 
dim the dash light and if you go to full bright, and then turn it a 
little more, it turns on the dome lights. Easy to do when you switch 
off the headlights.
