According to the Parts Book:
The front upper hinges are the same between all models 55/56 Dodge/Plymouth,
including wagons. LH and RH are different.
The front lower hinges are the same between all models 55/56 Dodge/Plymouth,
including wagons. LH and RH are different.
The rear lower door hinges are the same between 4 door 55/56 Dodge/Plymouth,
including wagons. LH and RH are different.
The rear upper hinges are the same between 4 door 55 Dodge/Plymouth and 56
Plymouth, including wagons. LH and RH are different. 56 Dodge is listed as
different P/Ns.
The exception to the above is 56 4 door hard tops. Everything is different
on their doors.

Hello, Everyone
I'm in search of left rear door hinges for a dodge four door wagon or
sedan. Now, I've got a station wagon that I'm putting back together, but
I'm fairly sure that the hinges are the same between a wagon and a sedan ...
At least I sure hope they are because I havn't been able to find a set
specific for a wagon.
FYI: About a year ago this list help me find wagon sheet metal to rebuild
the back end of the then mashed wagon. More recently I got a lead on tail
gate hinges and a lot of parts in between. So, I'm thinking positively that
someone will put me on a source for this.
