[FWDLK] Which oil to use for a 1955 poly

I have a ’55 Dodge with a poly V8.  I need to do an oil change (first since I have owned the car – as it is a fairly recent purchase) and was wondering what would be the recommendation as to type of oil to use.  The car and I are happy to be living  in NE Florida especially when I see posts about 10 degrees and snow.
