My '58 Plymouth had its engine number stamped just before the rear axle
hump, on the driver side (at the rear seat level). It was not visible until
I sandblasted the frame, and disappeared when I painted it.

Hello Groups!!

This has been touched on,,but in talking with some people doing
restorations,,they dont seem to agree.........................

For the 57/58/59 PLYMOUTHS specifically,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,are there numbers
STAMPED into the frame??
Has anyone ever seen them???
Are they engine numbers,,,body numbers,,vin numbers???
Approx WHERE are they??? ( I have heard drivers side from under the front
seat to the trunk area)
