I've been trying to catch that episode all year.    Have been TIVOing 
the show, and each time the guide says its the Jess Ruffalo episode, its 
NOT.   TIVO guide now says the upcoming episodes are:

"Cruisin the Coast"  2/13 12AM, 1/16 8:30AM
"GM Performance Collection" 2/19 10:30PM, 2/20 3:30AM
"Season Premiere"  2/23 7:30PM, 2/24 7:30AM

The speedtv.com schedule matches the above.
