[FWDLK] MIRRORMATIC PLACEMENT - reply

Hi Ed,

I don't know about 59 Plymouth - but on '60 thru '62 Chryslers, the
placement of the wire hole is dictated by the location of a hole, for that
purpose, in the "reinforcement plate" located under the dashboard, behind
the nut that fasten the stalk unto the dashboard.

Check at the way the stalk is fastened to the dash, on your car, behind the
dash. If it's like a Chrysler, it will have a small metal reinforcement
plate that fits between the attaching big nut, and the dash. That plate
should have a small hole in it for the Mirrormatic wire.

Subject: [FWDLK] MIRRORMATIC PLACEMENT

Hello List

Could someone please give me the placement of the wire hole in the dash that
powers the mirrormatic on the 59 PLYMOUTH.

If you could spot it from the mirror base and give dimensions It would be
appreciated

THANK YOU
