This beast was discussed about a year ago, and the prevailing feeling was that it was a Frankenstein’s monster created by a guy in Michigan who was either dishonest or just had a wild sense of humor.  You can find pictures of it on www.lambdacarclub.com then clicking on “Gallery” then “Member” and scrolling down until you see “Paul G’s” car.  That’s it.
