Title: Re: [FWDLK] Brake conversion for Forward Look

Last year I bought the deluxe kit from AAJ Brakes for my 56 DeSoto Firedome. I am very happy with it. I took a trip to Niagara Falls for about one week and everything worked great. I will be getting the car ready soon to get ready to travel again this year for an extended trip. Well worth the price. Safety was my biggest concern.  I also installed seat belts.

Dual master cylinder would be a good idea for safety sake.

I totaled my 1960 Pioneer in 1967, when my brakes went out ona huge steep hill,

just like in the movies.

I'm not sure if the F/M/L body brake knuckles will work, others may not
about that one.  You can get a complete kit or just the adaptor brackets
(and buy the stock parts locally) here:  www.aajbrakes.bravepages.com
Also, just to convert to a dual-drum master cylinder for the safety of the
dual circuits, you just need a proper master cylinder ('67 Chrysler master
cylinder is a good start for manual brakes, I used that one on my '65
Imperial, not sure if it will clear a bellows booster though), some lines,
adaptors, and one line union, I can go into detail off list if you like.
