Re: [FWDLK] Fuel Pump Question

Gas in the oil (ruptured/leaking diaphragm)
Running out of gas (or sputtering) on high speed runs (worn out push-rod).

In any event, when you pull the pump, check the push-rod length (I don't know!). They wear short and that reduces the pump stroke.

Good Luck, Ray

Hi All -

Brief question: what are the signs that a fuel pump is going and needs to be
replaced or rebuilt ?

Thanks,
