I have used Forward Air, by shipping the engine in their “small motorcycle crate”.  The price was reasonable… I believe around $250 from Pittsburgh to Texas.

Has anyone ever shipped an engine & transmission via  a freight company??

I have shipped whole cars & their parts all over the globe but never a whole motor & trans...

And would anyone gusstmate what a 260 poly and transmission weighs?

 

also anyone need a 1955 260 and power flight??
