Re: [FWDLK] polished windshield?

I think the rule of thumb is if you run your nails across the glass but are
still unable to grab/feel the scratches, you should be able to buff it out.
I bought all my stuff to do this from Gary Goers and it worked like a charm.
I had very fine scratches that looked more like hazing on the glass. I was
able to buff them out quite nicely.

Subject: [FWDLK] polished windshield?

My 61 Newport's glass in good shape (no cracks, fogging, chips etc..) But I
do have a lot of scratches on my front and rear windshields. Can I polish
them out? If so, what kind of polish? What about deeper scratches? Can they
be wet sanded?
 Thanks!
