THIS ITEM IS NOT WHAT YOU NEED. It's for pulling gears on shafts and 
grabs the gear at the outer edge. If you did that to a Crankshaft 
Pulley, you could pull off/move the Harmonic Balancer. The balancer is 
attached with a rubber  mount and cam be pulled loose.

You need a plate type puller that uses bolts thru slotted legs of a 
plate. Bolts  go thru the slots into threaded  holes on the pulley 
center and then you  apply pressure by turning the center big bolt 
against the crank. Available at most parts  stores for $15 or so.
