I would say a good number are set up, but not all.

 

If you haven't been there in a while, be prepared.  It takes 3 days to walk through all of the vendors at a moderate pace.  I understand it is 38 miles to walk all of the rows...

 

There are still plenty of good deals... and plenty of bad ones as well. Overall though, we always come home with around $400 worth of items, which is twice as much as we spend at C@C.

I'm planning to go to Hershey for the first time since 1990 ! Some questions: Are most of the vendors set up for business by Wednesday ? Are most vendors packing up by Saturday ? Can you still find reasonably priced stuff, or is everything 'ebay priced' ? Any other thoughts ?
