Re: [FWDLK] Mouse deterrant - car storage

So Far, I have had good luck with plastic sheeting under the car with a box or two of mothballs sprinkled in a circle around each wheel.  Inside the car I put some bounce sheets.  This was gleaned from other discussions on the web.  My cars rarely sit for more than 2 months, but before this method I did occasionally see some nests from upholstery stuffing in the cars, but not after.  Mothballs inside the car leave a smell that my wife can smell years later.  Some hungry cats help too.

I have a car going into winter storage in a barn in Kansas.  It will have a car cover but there are MANY pesky mice in the area.  I don't want to load the car with moth balls because of the after-smell next spring.   Suggestions??

Thanks, Wayne
