Well,, just maxed-out my 3rd daily-message-allowance , but, the
expression :"Needs Restored" is a psychological/subliminal expression
meaning :
"I don't really know what the Hell all the repairs are gonna cost (you)
, but it's gonna be a LOT, & I don't want to discuss any of all-of-them,
now, & you can , 'see' via my "expression" , that I am not very-well
educated, & that you might very-easily take advantage of me, during any
sales negotiation, as I really do not know, or understand, exactly what
my 'thing' is really worth; I just wanna get rid of the thing, but, oh,
yeah; I'm really a nice down-to-Earth sorta guy"
