would help if you signed your name....  as far as installing longrams / 413 in your Polara, what exactly do you have in terms of the longrams setup?  do you have the correct 2903S carbs, and related exhaust manifolds, and correct cam in the engine? all that stuff is supposed to work together as a package.  Having a  bare set of rams and hanging aftermarket carbs on them will  result in a much poorer running, lower performance car. Please elaborate on exactly what you have, in terms of the ram manifold setup; what cam in the engine; what exhaust manifolds.  If need be I can send you a 1960 Service Bulletin copy showing how to set it all up.
