I use Ajax or Comet with bleach.  Bleach and rubber are not best
friends; my older tires show signs of very light cracking.  However, it
is easy to use and has great results.  I usually coat the tires with
Armor All tire shine right after they dry.

The local Jaguar dealer told me about a product called Blue Magic that
really made their showroom tires wet and shiny looking.  I bought some
from their distributor and I loved it, but that stuff was really hard to
find.
