Hi all:

 

I have a Pertronix unit on my 300F.  I do some long distance driving occasionally to shows.  In addiiton to myriad spare parts, I carry a spare dual points distributor and a single point one.  Sounds like over-kill but beats having to pay for a night or two of lodging if, God forbid, my distributor gave out.  As yet, I have had no problems with the Pertronix and have been able to loan my dual point distributor to another owner who needed it to get home.
