Humm,, this has the long - long rams, will have to dredge up when the short rams came out, MIGHT be right for 61!!

I would susspect that if this was factory built as a police intercepter (stealth version) then if the short rams were available that year it maybe should have had them??

I cannt tell if there are any drilled holes in the dash metal for bolting anything to it. eg, radio, mic mount.

Wouldn't a police car be a 4 door??? even if it were unmarked for this purpose??
