    The fins are a separate unit, welded to the main quarter.  The trim lines cover the weld lines. 59 is the same as 57 and 8 this way.

The fins on a 57 or 58 dodge look like they're added on after the fact (not that that is a bad thing). Do they bolt on? If so, does the trim attach to the fin or the or the body?
