It's not you or your PC that bounces the mail, it's your ISP (Internet
Service Provider, LOL!):

Apparently, my mail provider is listed on both MAPS by TrendMicro as well as
the Spamhaus SBL/XBL.  Both are lists of mail providers who have been
detected as sending spam and dynamic users that are sending email
improperly.  Comcast uses these lists to protect its subscribers from
receiving spam.

Our sole ISP in The Netherlands is kpnxchange.com and so it looks like you
cannot receive any e-mail from the Dutch anymore!

I got on the phone with Norton Antivirus and with their guidance made some 
changes to my computer..maybe your Emails to me won't bounce anymore?
