That is Deputy Glenn Caskey.  A real ambassador for Tulsa.  He was so helpful, and made so much of an impression, that we sent him a thank-you from Forward Look.  Actually, everyone in the Sheriff’s department was incredibly helpful and friendly.

To Neil's point here is my wife's nominee for most congenial and friendly.. While standing at graveside to make sure we didn't fall in he was always understanding of why we were there... If you have to put a face on why we were treated so well here he is!  Marv
