[FWDLK] OT... part numbers..

So I have three NOS power steering rack assemblies with tags on them and no idea what they go to.  Googling the part numbers on them has been no help either. 

 

Anyone want to help me off list with the part numbers?  One is an RO400100, I'm thinking that may mean it's for a 1980 vehicle (40) but who knows.
