'57 Chrysler 300Cs are also known to have come out of the factory with 120
mph speedometers. 150 was standard for the 300C. There were two
reasons: 1. a few of the Cs were orderd with single carb New
Yorker engines. and 2. assembly line errors.
One could also order a NYer with the 300C dual quad option. I don't
know what speedo those cars were equipped with. Anyone own one?
