Re: [FWDLK] Speedometer gears

With all due respect to Dave, let me reiterate what actually happened,
in the Real World.

After I installed that 3.55 rear end, and with my too-small tires, I
recorded an approximate 19% (again, IIRC, now) too-fast ODO reading,
based SIMPLY upon observing odo-vs-milepost discrepancies.

I called the company that makes/sells the Gizmo, and told them that I
needed a Gizmo that fit a Chebbie application (they only spoke Generic
Motors, there) and with a "19%" correction-factor.

I also gave them my credit card number.

The Gizmo arrived, promptly, and was an easy installation.

ODO problem corrected.
