[FWDLK] Bumperettes or Bumper Wings

Hi ALL,

     I have always caled them bumperettes on my 1941 Plymouth  ( Sold a long time ago as it was my 2nd car in 1964).  How are these made, by stamping them out of steel?  Just wondering.
