Hope Mike's message gets attached.

Well, my town's heavy-truck repair shop says that they do have gear cogs which "should" be able to replace the ones already in my Gizmo (which was originally set-up to apply a 19%, 3.55:1/too-small-tire correction factor), so that I might get a 13% (or so) 2.76:1 high-gear correction factor be put into it.

They want to 'see' the gizmo, to confirm what they might be able to do to/for it.

That's a speedometer correction gearbox, very common in the heavy truck industry. A well-stocked truck shop will have a drawer full of different size gear sets to put together any ratio you need.
