I haven't ever seen the car, I don't know of the car, or its owner, but
the bidders did, presumably, at least visually inspect the car, and the
seller apparently accepted $20K for the car's value, at that venue,
right?

If that car sold for only $20,000 the market must really be in the toilet, I've seen junk ones on EBAY sell for more than that in the past.
