Re: [FWDLK] Miss Belvedere News

Neil--

Maybe there's a twelve-step program for Tulsarama-withdrawal...

Seriously, those ol' sisters are 93 and 83! They were 43 and 33 back in 1957. [Good math, right!] Very likely a 1957 model is just a used car to them. Their nostalgia would be more towards a 1920's or 1930's vintage car.

One thing positive I can say is that your commentary, Neil, has conveyed a certain sense of "being there" to those of us who weren't... for whatever reason. So keep your passion going!

Yeah, well I say, as a dues-paying member of the FWDLK-legation at the
Tulsarama event, a Super-deligate, if-you-will, that it is a Car-matic
shame that such an unappreciative, avaricious family had to win the
ownership of the car, and to attempt to strip it of its hard-earned
patina
and tomb-wounds, for the sake of the Almighty Dollar, instead of
arranging to preserve it as an historic artifact.

--Get over it, Neil...

Yeah, well, I'm really trying.

If you weren't there, you wouldn't understand.
