The correct name of the single wire hose clamp that
Chrysler employed during these years and many years prior and later is a "Corbin
clamp" and they are widely available from many vendors.
I'd try http://www.restorationspecialties.com/ first.
Because they are heat treated spring steel, with age
and removal /installation they are prone to fracture and fly
apart. The manufacturers' recommendation has always been that they are
"single use" and should be replaced every
time.
