Re: [FWDLK] Hemi Question

My two cents, with the D-500 you'll have a very desirable car.  Sure, maybe a decoder could spot the swap, and you should describe it as a clone if asked, but it's as close to original and desirable as you can get.

Subject: [FWDLK] Hemi Question

Any opinions on the value of a running 1957 D500 Hemi engine and transmission combination?  I bought the car and was planning on doing a modern engine/trans, but now the D500 engine/trans has become available  I know that will increase the value of the car (57 Coronet 4dr HT), and will cause me to do a restoration instead.  I don't know the worth of the hemi.

Thoughts?
