[FWDLK] 61 Dodge bumper/grille guard

I have a friend who has acquired a 1961 Dodge, who has asked me to post 
this, to see if anyone can PM me with
'triangulated-specific-measurements'  regarding precisely where the four 
mounting holes should be drilled into the bumper, in order
to mount the OEM bumper/grille guard.
