The Dodge 325 (1957) is a totally different engine design from the 318. Bore and stroke and piston position and weight and valve relief cuts may be significantly different. Stock 325 pistons will work in .060 overbored Dodge 315 (1956), provided they are the same style (Hemi or Poly) and weight matched.

 

The Dodge 326 (1959, one year only) is basically the same design as the 318, with only a change in bore by maybe .060. You should check the piston weight and change it to the same as the old 318 pistons, if necessary, to balance the engine.
