[FWDLK] radiator cap

I am need to replace my radiator cap and the auto parts people gave me one rated at 13 psi and closest to the 55 Ply 6 cyl since these are not available. It used to have a 7 psi cap. My question is it safe to use the 13 psi cap? Is this what some of you use?
