heat shrink tube will do it, but some arent oil-resistant.... if the slightly large appearance doesnt bother you, the best bet is to pop the cable, and slide about 2' of fuel line over the cable, use a spring clamp right at the edge of the cable end where the original brass crimp was and it wont call major attention to the fix
