Re: [FWDLK] Very quiet out there!

Hi Tony,

Turn on the news....GM is no longer looking to buy Chrysler, so it will be sold to someone else or broken into pieces and sold that way. (besides, with GM's financial problems they couldn't afford to buy Chrysler)

Happily and gratifyingly shocked in this household.  But there hasn?t been much activity.

One question:  what are the thoughts out there about the possible merger of Chrysler and GM?  What would the new company be called?  Which car brands would be the first to disappear from the new corporate line-up?  I?m thinking Pontiac would be the first to go as GM?s weakest sales division, followed by the Dodge Truck line from Chrysler.  Any other theories?

Hey, where is everyone?  The list has been super quiet the past week.  What's happening?  Everyone still in shock over the election or am I not on the receiving end of list mail anymore?
